and only fights for himself.

Phil is all about Phil

Here are 7 reasons to reject Phil… again.

Phil has lost three Republican races in the last three years, but since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he just runs again and again as a perennial candidate. He lost the 2024 primary for governor, lost the 2025 race for state party chair, and lost the race for Congress at the 2026 convention. Same candidate, same grievances, third campaign in three years. The voters keep answering. Phil just won't listen.

Republicans keep telling him no!

REASON #1

REASON #2

He lost. Tried to overturn the election. Then sued anyone in sight.

After losing the 2024 primary, Phil asked the Utah Supreme Court to annul the result, install himself as nominee, and remove the winners from office. The court found no viable factual or legal basis for his demands; the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal; and lower courts have tossed his follow-on lawsuits since. The candidate who talks loudest about election integrity should respect election results, but since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he tried to get judges to overturn the will of Republican voters.

When Phil loses, he campaigns with liberal Democrats.

REASON #3

After losing the 2024 primary, Phil appeared in an ad, paid for by Democrats, in which he urged Utahns to vote against the Republican nominee. The Utah Republican Party formally condemned him, with Chair Rob Axson saying that Phil does not speak for the Utah Republican Party and that his actions would only help Democrats. Sen. Mike Lee urged Republicans to unite behind their nominee. You would think Phil would stand with conservatives, but since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he’s happy to line up with Democrats when it counts.

REASON #4

Phil has lost the trust of President Trump and Republican Leaders.

Phil waves around his 2020 pardon like an endorsement, but Trump has repeatedly backed the people running against him. Trump endorsed his opponent in this race for Utah’s 3rd Congressional District, and in 2025 Trump endorsed his opponent for state party chair. You would think that Phil could take a hint, but since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he just keeps on running even when he has lost the support of GOP leadership.

REASON #5

Phil has a troubling history of verbal abuse toward women.

The headlines speak for themselves, but since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he doesn’t apologize and change course. He just keeps treating people poorly.

REASON #6

Phil will push any conspiracy if he thinks it will make him look good.

Skepticism is healthy. But being reckless is not. Phil amplified a claim that his opponents were blocking people's home internet to stop donations, spread a baseless rumor that his opponent was paying people to vote, and said that diversity caused a bridge to collapse. And that’s a small fraction of the crazy, false things Phil has said. We deserve leaders who care about the truth, but since  PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he’ll say anything to tear others down.

REASON #7

Phil wants to trade Utah’s seat at the table for a one-man protest.

Our current representative in Congress sits on the Appropriations and Natural Resources committees and chairs the Western Caucus. These are the rooms where public-lands, water, and energy policy actually get decided. Lyman's pitch, in his own words, is to break the system open. But a freshman with no allies and no committee seats doesn't break Washington… Washington ignores him, and rural Utah loses the influence it has spent years building. But since PHIL IS ALL ABOUT PHIL, he would rather tear our strong Republican leaders down, rather than focusing on defeating Democrats together.

DON’T VOTE
PHIL LYMAN
FOR CONGRESS.

(AND DON’T VOTE PHIL FOR WHATEVER HE DECIDES TO RUN FOR NEXT YEAR)

Phil won’t be fighting for you, because at the end of the day, Phil is all about Phil.
